Organization Chart

The management structure of COBA is based on an Executive Board of Directors formed of the Chairman and six Members and by a General and Supervision Board composed of a President, a Vice-President and six Members.

COBA employs about 400 people, over 250 belonging to the permanent staff of COBA, SA, including the graduates, the technicians and the support staff. The multidisciplinary technical teams cover almost the totality of the fields of activity of the company, this allowing to have available all technical skills for the execution of studies. From this numerous team, a number of specialists act as permanent consultants providing impartial professional advice.

In addition to their own personnel, the company uses to call upon external consultants, mostly engaged in University teaching and research activities to give their advice on complex situations. COBA maintains co-operation agreements with some research centers.

COBA's attitude in relation to the work is founded on the complementarity and inter-relationship of all technical staff, what, in practice, results in a thorough discussion of all technical issues of a project - on a sustained and integrated way - this enabling the execution of studies with the highest standards, not neglecting any technical detail.
